Install MW2 1.14 update then open a file manager (Multiman,Comgenies,Blackbox Filezilla) theres plenty to use then go to Hdd0/game/00683/Usdir blah blah blah and copy the desired patch you want to use over the orginal one quit and play (really you should data transfer them to your OFW ps3.
