After I added patches for MW2, and when we tried to data transfer back from my CFW to OFW, it errors at 8%. I've tried doing system restore in safe mode but NO luck.

i used to have the same error, this is because the CFW ps3 contains "corrupted" files, atleast the OFW ps3 detects them as corrupted. what worked for me, was format both hdd on both ps3s and then put the mods you want on the CFW and the datatransfer should work fine

i want to know if this work with downloaded games from psn ?
