To dump NAND/NOR: mmOS->Select any file->Open in HEX viewer->[SELECT]->[START]->UMP LV2(NO)->UMP LV1(NO)->UMP FLASH(YES)

Make sure you have a usb in your ps3. Put it in the RIGHT SLOT. Hope this helped man, lemme know if you need anymore help.
