Today I converted to DEX and accidentally changed to retail XMB and now I'm stuck on the loading screen with no XMB. Please help I don't know what to do.

Are you able to go to any options in the XMB like debug settings? Please elaborate, if you can go to debug settings just change your XMB there. Or if you got Target Manager just change the "Reset Mode" to "Debug Mode".
