It's not possible to modify Black Ops 2 without a CFW.

You don't. OFW can't really be tampered with. You need an CFW system. For that you need to have a console at 3.55 or lower.
Some consoles can't even be jailbroken with USB.

Not exactly, what i am really saying is you can't hack ANYthing on ofw that's updated. No mods or anything like them can be installed on ps3 ofw.(unless it's 3.55 in which case cfw)
