Just install CCAPI, you can install it on DEX and easily change your console ID via your pc

rumor has it enstones cappi tool has a CID stealer in it be careful i only use his tool to check my temperature but i would never put a CID number in it

I don't really believe that, I've been using the CCAPI tool to set my ID for about 2 months now, my console ID is still not banned

me nether its only a rumor i heard but just to be safe i do it manually no body makes things like that for free its all for a price and a good CID number is worth at least 40 dollars a head anything that is connected to and running from a computer is unsafe but if anyone was going to put a CID stealer on there program i could see them using them as there own personal rather then posting them as publics on console-crunch not saying its on his program just saying you never know happy modding stay safe

The Console Manger tool doesnt have a cID stealer i've been using the same unbannable cID for days now console manager is the easiest way to do it, you can change your console within half a second via the program.

I use PSNPatchv2.0 it does all of the above but also disables syscals and stealths ur CFW to give u even more protection against the prying eyes of Sony.
