Answer to your question is no. To RTM on CEX you must have CCAPI, at the moment CCAPI 2.0 is only available for CEX 4.50. A new version should be released within the next few days that will allow you to RTM on 4.55 CEX, but right now only on 4.50.
If you really want to RTM, then you can always use You must login or register to view this content.. It will allow you to downgrade from Rogero 4.55 to 3.55. Now after you install that you then want to install Rogero 3.55-CEX CFW, which you can get You must login or register to view this content.. Finally you will have to install You must login or register to view this content.

Once that is all done you can now install You must login or register to view this content.. From there you will find turorials on how to use CCAPI. Keep in mind also, since you're now on 4.50 and not 4.55, you will have to use a 4.55 spoofer to be able to play online.
