Is there any way I can extract that cid with out home brew? I heard that on multiman you can download dummy files and it will emulate homebrew but idk how to do that. Can any one help? Thanks

do you still have your cex/dex dumps from when you went to DEX? if so there is a program you can use on your pc to extract cid from those files, think its called GETCID, if you have the files il double check the name for you

when ever I drag and drop my cex flash nothing happenes. Same thing happens when I drop my dex flash. I even changed my cex flash to bkpps3.bin as that's what the program says and it still doesn't work :/

It's a nandbin file. It words for NOR but not NAND :/
