This is completely the wrong forum to post this.... And if you would look around the site, you will see....

Cex is a retail firmware that has been modded from a official frimware and a dex is a developers custom firmware that is debugged to where you can put eboots on the game update and the question about the ps3 jailbreaking yes but you have to have a 3.55 or lower ffirmware ps3 to get one of them to work the only mods a official firmware ps3 can do is usb mods ad they only work for cod 4
