what backup manager are you using?
If you're using MM...then make sure to go into the game setting of MGSV and enable bd mirror and enable either external or internal (depending where the game is living) and reapply the permissions.
And make sure to have a random Ps3 game in the drive
mount the game and start it.

Unfortunately no, i think it's CFW issue, i'll wait for fix, because i've been told it's working great on rebug 4.46!

I figured it out.. Go to Game dir "/dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLUS31369-[METAL GEAR SOLID V GROUND ZEROES]/PS3_GAME"
Just delete ( EBOOT.BIN ) and rename (EBOOT.BIN_org to EBOOT.BIN )

then run the game with multiman and it should ask you to fix the game from 4.53 to 4.46
accept it and just run the game and it should work

if multiman didn't ask you to fix the game to 4.50 , go to the MGS V file then PS3_GAME and make sure that inside it only this 3 folders ( LICDIR - TROPDIR - USRDIR ) and this 5 files ( ICON0 - ICON1.PAM - PARAM - PIC1 - PS3LOGO ) , if there is any other files with them just delete them and then multiman should ask you to fix it to 4.46 when you try to run it , now it should work fine : )
