You need to spoof a valid CID and another PSN account in order to get back online.
Unfortunately, you cannot request for CIDs here on NGU.

You can buy a private CID which would cost £20 to £30

You need a CID that's not banned, and a new PSN account with it. You can get the CID from other people, you cant ask on NGU but if you look around you can find one. Public ones are released all the time but they usually last anywere from a few hours to a couple weeks. You'll probably want a private CID which is your own and will last probably a couple months if you dont get caught. You'll also need to replace the CID, this video will help:
