I've tried designating my Ps3 I.P to the DMZ in router settings. It opens my Nat when not running through my laptop but becomes moderate when connected through laptop. ive tried mw2 and also doesnt work. need some help PLEASE!!!!

why run through laptop?
just connect ps3 to router and pc to router.?

Ok here is what you should do, run it through your laptop and make sure you've got a wired connection. Then open up cmd(Command Prompt) and type in "ipconfig/all" then find your computers IP, my computer's IP is: 192.168.0.18 but yours might be different. Then simply put your computers IP into a DMZ and you should have a open nat type. You've got to do this every time you turn on your computer if you want a open nat type.
