1. confusing CEX with DEX, since on DEX you don't need a spoofer and with CEX you do depending on what version you're on
2. if hes talking about updating his Rebug 4.46 DEX to 4.55 OFW update
3. that blocks all cfw users from signing in? 4.55 blocks PS3s running on CFW????

Yes it's possible, currently there is a spoof for CFW's 4.30/46/50 to 4.55. I can confirm that this spoofer works as i am on rebug 4.46.
