Try resetting the properties? I think that's what it's called, hit triangle when you're hovering over disc icon then hit the option that's related to properties. Also what's the error? Because without knowing the error I can't really help you.

I get a black screen when I start the game now. No error code.

Make sure that QA Toggle is enabled, also make sure you've enabled BD-Mirror. You can also try resetting the properties for the game. If this doesn't work try re-installing multiMan.

Make sure you've got a disc in the disc drive otherwise it will not work, if you already do have a disc in the disc drive, switch the disc with a different one.
