Try this:
Download this file and put it on the root of a USB - Lv2diag.rar
Put the USB in the far right port and boot up your PS3
This should force your PS3 into FSM (factory service mode). Then try swapping your flash first or installing a new CFW. Or

Try but you can install the notheros.pup and the rsodfix.self to fix this, hold on ile direct you to a link.

Or

If you have A PSP Try this You must login or register to view this content.

It's a DEX PS3, notheros.pup can't be installed 'cus it's not CEX. Thanks tho'
