Ok, well first off you will need to download "Target Manager", the download link is in the description of this video:
. Then you want to setup a wired connection on your PS3. Meaning you need to have a wired connection going from your computer to your PS3 (use a ethernet cable). Then once you've got that, either bridge or share your connection with the PS3's connection (local area connection). Then once shared simply go onto your PS3 and change your connection to a wired, set everything as automatic. Then once you've got that. Find your PS3's IP and in target manager click "Add Target" make sure that "Debugging Station" is selected, and enter a name for the connection like, PS3, or NGU or whatever you want. Then hit "Ok", then it will prompt you with another textbox, enter your PS3's IP in there. Then simply connect by right clicking on the connection and clicking "Connect to Target". Now you can successfully connect to any tool. Now when you're attaching to a DEX console you need a EBOOT. I'm sure you already know how to put EBOOT's into a game folder but if you don't, simply go to ftp. Go to "dev_hdd0" then go to "Games" then find your games region, then go into the "USDIR" folder and replace the current EBOOT with the one you have. You can find EBOOT's for game on NGU, or you can follow this tutorial on how to make a debug EBOOT for any game: You must login or register to view this content.
