You cannot unban by spoofing it to another firmware. Console bans are based on your console id, if you get console banned there is no way to unban it. You could use public console id's or buy your own private cid

Yeah I need to get on the current firmware because I already have an ID but I just need to spoof to get online. Anyway, I already spoofed it. Where can you get a public id anyway?
