Use The CoD Launcher RTM Tool It Has For Black Ops 1 .etc And Its For CCAPI and TMAPI

You use it with TMAPI (Target Manager API) or if on CEX CFW firmware with Enstone's CCAPI 2.50... And yeah basically connect TMAPI or CCAPI & connect & attach proccess of the RTM Tool/s after.. I'm sorry but that's as much as i can help you, i can't baby spoon feed on how to do everything. google & search here on NGU on some tutorial threads if you're having difficulty. And yeah don't be lazy, try to figure it out for yourself. It's really not that hard.
