I have problems with the rogero downgrader but in the steps I can't find the Debug Update
2. Hover over Network Settings and Press L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down
3 Go to Debug Settings and Enable Debug Update. <- I cant find it.

you really don't have to enable it
just install Rogero 3.5 v3.7 and then dump your EID ROOT KEY

you can downgrade with an e3 flasher ($60), but its quite difficult unless your familier with your surroundings, so i would reccomend buying an already downgraded ps3 off ebay. Also, it has to be 3.55 or less
