Make sure to weigh the pros and cons of jailbreaking before you leap into it, especially if you enjoy gaming online.

You can get games for free, you can mod games, you can customize your PS3, you can go online but with high ban risk, homever you can use new Console IDs to unban yourself.

That is not true. EDIT: Jailbroken PS3 DOES have PSN access. Also, downloading game updates does NOT require PSN sign in. There are 4.50(+?) CFWs already out so you will NOT be stuck on old firmware. And btw nice copy paste but that info is outdated, badly outdated...
