Well first I will ask you this. Is your PS3 on a cfw (custom firmware)?

Well bro in order for you to actually be able to do the mods and stuff on GTA you are going to have to either purchase a cfw ps3 or jailbreak your console. If you are on anything over 3.55 OFW you will need to have it flashed using a flasher.

Or if you are just looking to have your specific account modded and a cheaper route, maybe check in the Services section for GTA. I will link you to a couple guys that I trust and I know will do ya a good job. Good luck bud and if you have any other questions feel free to shoot me a PM.
