Now I installed some PKG and they work fine but now comes the problem

I can't sign in to PSN, when i try to it says "the connection to the server timed out"

I tried region change in DEBUG settings
I tried to change my Console ID

What can i do to fix this?

I've had that problem too lately. So i updated to ITA Dex and it fixed it for me. You could give it a try if you don't succeed in fixing it.

Will ITA not be totaly different?
Hard to understand?
Will downloading files to hack with be harder?
And will debug eboots still work?
Can you send me a link to a tutorial on how to go from 4.46DEX to ita?
