1) install ccapi on your ps3 and pc
2) connect to your ps3 ip address
3) attach the game and start modding.

yes ccapi connect but the tools not

You need some tools like if ure on 2.0 you need tools that are for CCAPI 2.0 and if there 2.5 you need a exactly 2.5 on ure pc and ps3 or it wont work, and you need to put the tool on cex and press where it says connect then click "ip" and put in ure Ip. then attach and it should prett much work
