LOL AMIGO, I had the same problem *Sorry if I annoyed you by the "lol* However you can fix it by going into recovery mode and re-install the same firmware. Nothing will be deleted or removed except the raps(ReactPSN) as I remember. However Please let me know whats going with you!

STEPS FOR RECOVERY MOD
1)Turn off your ps3 incase it was on
2)Press and hold the power button till it go off again (You will hear Beeps)
3)press and hold the power button and wait till you hear (BEEP BEEP) then release your hand and there you go you are in recovery mod.
