May be selling my DEX ps3 here soon, and the guy wants me to downgrade it to 3.55 OFW/CEX.
How can I do that?

Downgrade PS3 DEX to 3.55 and install Rebug 4.21
Before install Rebug Tools and Put your flash CEX in Root pendriver (rename file to : CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN )
Ok... and Open Rebug Tools Open Tab UTILITARIES or DEX/CEX click in Rewrite target id in flash
wait the end , before end your ps3 restart , before open ps3 in Recovery mode and install your firmware
