I don't know what you're asking for here, sir.

If you want to "mod/hack" (and I use that term very loosely) then you need a custom firmware Playstation 3. Without one, there's no real possibility of doing anything of the sort. If you're looking on how to mod an existing PS3 to custom firmware, then I suggest searching the forums. There's plenty of tutorials. Remember, we can only help those who help themselves.
