Sen enabler took 1 week and it was perfect, other spoofers had bugs

It will probably take a week or so before someone releases a 4.60 CFW. Even if someone did, things like CCAPI and multIMAN would have to be updated to work with a 4.60 CFW so spoof is probably your best option for now.

It really depends honestly, it could take anywhere from a day to a week, or longer. Just a matter of how skilled or how much effort the team put's into the project.
