Make sure you have the compatible CCAPI and PS3Lib in the roof of the folder with the tool.

Thanks fixed now just wondering... Are those files the exact same so can I copy and paste them and create a new folder with them and another public cheater in it? Also I've downloaded multiple modding tools for mw3 and whenever I try to open them nothing happens
