You need target manager with a Ethernet cable connection and also debugged eboot for whatever game you are using

Can also use CCAPI 2.50 NOW with DEX which you can use with a normal eboot and can connect wireless. And you console manger with it

You need Target Manager or Control Console installed so that you can RTM any game you wish.

you DO NOT NEED ETHERNET to mod on dex I use both Ethernet and wifi

I tried using target console without Ethernet cable and target manager never detects it unless the Ethernet is plugged into my pc to ps3.

When I use CCAPI I use my WiFi...seems like you can't use WiFi with target console..unless you can and I'm not doing it right

I don't think you can...if your not able to do that then your going to have to just to stick with CCAPI 2.50 which you can use over WiFi

Make sure your debug settings are on single settings not dual! Or your rtm tools won't work for DEX

idk man i just put my ip in it and searched the ips and got mine. i dont have an ethernet cord sharing my laptop to mod with
