Is your NAT type open? Maybe you need to turn on the ability to connect to other devices over wifi. I did it awhile ago it's somewhere in the router properties i believe.

If you are using tmapi/dex, you need a debug eboot for the game.

I have the same problem, I have a debugged eboot and I'm connected with ProDG manager but it never attaches. :/

It's not that, I have a debugged eboot and proDG manager connected. It doesn't locate my debugged eboots nor does it attach. I have the setting checked , can you tell me what I need checked?

Try this method:
Open MultiMan then start your FTP client and navigate to /dev_flash/sys/external, in the other window of your FTP is your PC explorer so navigate to C:\Users\Cyber\AppData\Local\SN Systems\ProDG Debugger for PS3\flash_files\0404063e\ change Cyber to your username, in your PC explorer window press CTRL+A to select all the files then drag and drop them over to your PS3.

Then try to connect and attach again.
