(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Basically I had a 7gb USB which installed pkgs fine and also installed .666 files very fast. However I had to get another USB to allow me to install bigger games. So, now I have a 120gb USB and I DID format it to a FAT32 but still I get an error when trying to install pkgs (error is 80029563) and also get the error of when putting the 666 file parts togther, they take hours and hours to install then eventually not work.

Direct PKG's, it allowed me to install one game really fast, but then after that its went back to hours of installing.

Try rebuilding database in recovery sometimes the ps3 copies and installs stuff very slow after games aren't deleted properly(happens to me a lot). I cant say for sure if that's your issue but its worth a try I guess.
