You don't need "eboots" inorder to mod. If you're on cex firmware then of course you can rtm quite easily, theres a majority of tools you can use at the "Black Ops 2 Modded Tools Section"

Yeah is there any way you can give a me tutorial on how to do this I have ccapi and have used it to change console ids and I'm in wifi and have no Ethernet cable so I need to be able to this 100% over wifi please and thanks in advance I really appreciate it

CCAPI works 100% over WIFI which is a nice thing for most people without a router near the ps3. And bridging is terrible .
