As of right now it's not possible to do that with the official ps3lib.dll. You can use the modified version but I don't suggest it

But it doesn't work i can't show my cID correctly, 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00, that's what i see in the CID message box, an idea ? :/

I haven't used it but I'm sure you have to push a button for it to get the CID

INSTALL PSN Patch 4.55.02 and it will show you your CID

To Change your CID use Control Console API 2.50 from:
(REMOVED)

It's already in the button, i've try with the tool of BaSs_HaXoR but the tool show 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 too :/
