You need an E3 Flasher to downgrade and you need to make sure you model ps3 can be downgraded

You need to make sure it's able to be downgraded. You can use this chart You must login or register to view this content.
If the ps3 is able to be downgraded then buy and E3 Flasher. You can get it from eBay or Amazon.
