You need to downgrade to version 3.55 ofw (Official firmware made by sony which you are on now)
I repeat there are NO jailbreaks for ANY firmware 3.56 and above. You HAVE to downgrade.
Also there are no ways to downgrade your ps3 besides using flashers such as an an e3 flasher. All the other videos on youtube are either fake or how to downgrade your jailbroken ps3.

4.60 Jailbreak? Negative.

There is no jailbreak for any of the newer released firmware. If you'd like to be on a jailbreak or Custom Firmware, i'd suggest buying one from a trustworthy source.

Another way would be to downgrade your PS3 Console itself to 3.55 and go ahead and install a Custom Firmware of your choice. Of course there are flaws to downgrading as well. You will need to buy the correct equipment including a downgrading Hardware such as the E3 Flasher and the components to go along with it.

Super Slim consoles can't be downgraded so if you have one, then you need to purchase a older model console in order to downgrade. All Slims can be downgraded and most of the Phat's can be downgraded as well. Hope that helped.

On a more general note, requests aren't even allowed for non-elite members.

Please note that when you say "ALL SLIMS CAN BE DOWNGRADED AND MOST OF THE PHAT'S CAN BE DOWNGRADED" This is not true. ALL Phat's can be downgraded regardless of the SKU but only Slims up to "CECH-25xxB - 320GB" can be downgraded down to 3.55 anything over that and it will end up in a brick if you try and go to 3.55 or below.

But you are correct in saying that a OFW 3.56+ jailbreak does not exist.

Here is a link with all the SKU models which say which PS3's can be downgraded to 3.55 or below. I think the link may be of use to the Igneel as well.

Best thing to do would be to downgrade (If possible) or you would have to purchase a ODE but ODE is no where near as good as CFW.
