(Target manager connects but other tools don't) Please help

are you sure the EBOOTS are fine?.. and if so, then... your firmware might be corrupted... so just use the 3.55DEX Downgrader, go back to 3.55 and then install the Firmware again. You could pick up the 4.50 MFW. Its already spoofed to 4.60. Try that.

I had the same issue.
The 4.55 ITA firmware has never worked for me, it only caused black screens and other issues.
I would suggest using a different Firmware.



Not the 999 downgrader that is for CEX only.
Use the 3.55 DEX Downgrader.

I guess i'll switch back to cex. It didnt give me as much trouble.
