Install PS3 ITA 4.50 CFW and Install the following
-PS3 ITA Manager
-The 4.60 DEX Spoofer
-ProDG Target Manager
-CCAPI

XP Lobbies can be hosted on MW3 and older but If you try it on BO2 you will get Mac Address Banned sooner or later. You Need RTM Tools, an Eboot, or Mod Menu for XP Lobbies depending on the game

Unlock All
Your rank can only be modded using RTM tools on BO1 and above. Older games have mod menus for that.

Mod menus:
The best mod menus cost money and are the FMT Mod menus. I am NOT advertising them I am just saying they are amazing and NON laggy.
