Well, there is no best patch, it is all opinionated. I personally think that the best MW2 1.14 patch is MW2 Reborn v4 CEX + DEX from You must login or register to view this content. but you have to pay for it. You can try and search for xClickyModz, EliteMossy, etc etc.
