I called the people who does repairs/mods (people who sold me the ps3) They said I need a Backup BIOS. Is it too late for me to get my Backup BIOS? I never knew i could even backup a bios lol.

if u downgraded with E3 flasher You needed The valid back up to downgrade and if you don have it amke sevral back ups and you can try to fix these back up

I dont have the backup anymore. So I can I back it up while it is bricked? or would that just keep it bricked?

You can back it up while brick you will need solder to the tristate if its a full brick and the ps3 shuts down and back it up tho the back up will be bricked you can try to fix it if its wrong number of zeros or other small brick check Dev wiki for back up
if you ps3 still opens dont back up go in recovery Try sometime u must go blind

no Cause eaach back ups got per console keys
if u have the back up of the ps3 before you went to dex ur saved
or if u use the downgrade dongle to unbrick its possible
