can someone please give me some help or a tutorial for going from 3.55 ofw to 4.46.1 rex and then spoof to 4.60 to go online? Thank you!

Go to that site and download 3.55.4 REX.Install it. Now that you have it installed, you will install toolbox which is in the package manager(look for it it's easy to find only like 4 options)
After it's installed you want to RUN the homebrew(toolbox). Look for QA Flagging, now you want to you can go back to that site and get 4.46.1 REX. System update again with a usb. After that follow this tutorial You must login or register to view this content.
