If yes, then how do I get online ? What are the apps do I need ? I've heard about these PSITA or PSNinja, do I need these ? are there any more apps that I need ? Which Rebug do I have to use to get online with DEX ?

To get online you need PS3 Ita manager to restore your original CID and you need a 4.60 spoofer
I recommend using 4.50 ITA DEX or Rebug 4.46.1 D-REX

Yes, make sure you watch part one as well , But you'll need a 4.60 spoofer to get online this time sadly ..... if you get stuck or anything just ask me ... ill kindly help.

Hmm ok I did it, I changed it to DEX. When my PS3 opened it was written Rebug only, I went to Rebug Toolbox checked system information and was written Firmware 4.46 DEX, I did it. Now what do I do from here? I haven't downloaded any of those Spoofers or ITA manager. I just switched it to DEX. What do I do from here ? Do I do the spoofer 1st or the ITA Manager 1st ?
