You a jailbreak ps3

You will need to purchase a jailbroken console or send your console to someone on eBay that's trusted to downgrade your ps3 I recommend sending in your ps3 to eBay because you wouldn't want to buy a new ps3.

You can also use a Jtagged Xbox 360 or an R-Jtagged xbox and you can also mod single player with a USB. You can also pay someone to give you all perks on PS3. You also need an anti ban tool so you don't get insta banned which is free on PS3 and not free on Xbox. You can also mod it on PC with ease.

This is also a PS3 support section so I assume he means PS3 and not xbox.

Buy an e3 and give it a try theres tonnes of tutorials around
