If you have ccapi 2.5 then just open console manager and get a cid and paste it in there. if you don't have ccapi 2.5 then install it.

You can install PS3ITA Manager. It has tons of features:
You must login or register to view this content.
Install and open, hit triangle and then press network settings, then change console ID.

What did you use to change it on rogero cex? NVM thanks for nothing fixed if any one else reading this thread yes use ps3ita manager v1.62 works on all cfw cex and dex.
