(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I am sure this has been posted probably hundreds of times all over the internet, but every answer I find does not apply to me. I have recently reset my ps3 (deleted EVERYTHING) and just got it going back on PS3ita 4.50 spoofed to 4.60. Earlier, Target Manager would connect to the PS3, but my tools wouldn't even connect. Fixed that some how, but now they won't attach! If anyone knows anyway I can fix this, I would greatly appreciate it. I have CCAPI, but every Ghosts tool I find that has Anti Ban always bugs up Ghosts and usually freezes, or with this one that I found that got my level boosted and unlock all, it makes the map go checkerboard when I play online and then my PS3 just freezes.

I had this problem before. Make sure your ps3 ip is not changing ips everytime you restart your ps3 (kept happening to me). I just put my internet on DMZ so it would stay on one ip. After tha, just restart your ps3 and pc and you should be good to go! Smile

Does it connect fine to target manager? Make sure in Debug Settings, under Network Settings, you have set:
Release Check Mode to Development Mode
Boot Mode to System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug to Single Settings.

hello there make sure you are using a wired connection by ether bridging it or sharing it with your computers network. if you are doing it wireless then you have to have good internet and a strong connection (me:P) make sure you have a fully working debug eboot for the game you are trying to mod also try a different game to see if it is the game or eboot that does not seem to be working. also make sure you have the debug setting right as insight said
hope you can get your problem fixed as i had this kinda problem try putting dmz on your router to your ps3 as this will give it a different ip address and make it open for the tool to connect add me on skype if you still have problems lukeypukey78

It connects perfectly fine to Target Manager, and those settings are set.

Set your IP as the default target in target manager.

I dunno. Have you tried reinstalling target manager and debugger? Worked for me.
