Can someone link me to different tutorial non-related to DEREKTROTTER's or a tool that can convert it for me?

UPDATE:
I was able to get it working. I got someone to convert the flash today. Thanks for trying everyone. Now what sucks is that my laptop doesn't read the ethernet cable

What error do you get?
If you have the files needed to switch follow this
1. Follow the steps up until the command prompt step
2. type this in the command prompt
c2d.exe eid_root_key.bin flashCEX.bin flashDEX.bin 82
3. Then hit enter then your done.
4. Follow the rest of the steps on the post

When I enter Step 2 I get and error saying:
"EID key : 48 bytes (eid_root_key.bin)
Flash Size : 16 MB NOR (flashCEX.bin)
ERROR: Input Flash file not valid!"

No one has been able to help me. I installed everything correctly and tried on two diff laptops!

When you hit enter does it create the flashDEX.bin

No! Thats when it gives me that error! I have been on DEX before, so I know what I'm doing.

Hello, I recommend You first not to give your flash bin to anyone since they can get your CID from it. I had this problem and i used another method to convert it.

Wait I think thats the problem! My original CID got banned. So I permanently changed mine.
