2) I made a folder called exdata and put the rap file inside it.
3) I made account "aa"
4) I started ReactPSN & PS4 restarted
5) It renamed to this You must login or register to view this content.

But the game still isnt activated.. any help? any steps I missed?

what version of reactPSN are you using?
I normally press and hold X right after the screen turns black

but with the new version I think you have to press L1
