Data transfer help - NextGenUpdate

Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I was on 3.55 I could easily data transfer to my other PS3
But now that I'm on 4.46 debug it will not detect my other PS3
I have tried different Ethernet cables however it still will not detect it.
Can anyone help me whats wrong

You have to be on CEX to data transfer to your other PS3 I believe.

I always use the built in ftp in multiman ,just launch mm then try again..i use winscp for data transfer

Not that type of data transfer. I'm talking about data transferring from your CFW to an OFW

Yea I figured that out yesterday :c... Well just my luck I guess whatever guess I wont be data transfering.
I have another question now though. For some reason my CCAPI 2.5 cannot connect to my console. I have the right IP and everything. and my Target Manager (TMAPI) won't let me connect either. It detected my console's IP however the "connect" option never lights up
