I am currently having a problem with my PS3. ( It is jailbroken )

It was working fine before until i bought a new game today and it kept on giving me a blackscreen, i tried many tutorials on YouTube and Google which didn't help so i decided to restore the default ps3 settings. After doing so the game managed to work although i couldn't sign in to playstation network.

I am currently connected to the internet by Ethernet Cable (CAT 5e) and have also tried wireless but still the same problem.
I keep getting an error saying that my email and password is incorrect. I then go onto Playstations website and try to sign in and my details work fine.

I then try and sign in on my other accounts as well as create another although nothing works. Because i get another error saying that the connection has timed out.

I have 2 private ID's which are not banned so i can't see that being the problem.

I decided to do an internet connection test and it seems that it only shows two things.

- Obtain IP Address
- Internet Connection

No playstation network or anything else. (really strange)

My next option was to update from 4.50ITA to 4.55ITA which i did and still the same problem...

I then did a system format on 'Format Utility' then i lost my installed games and data pkg files but still cannot connect.

If anyone can solve my problem i will give them a Console ID. :-) (ID will be sent via a private message or E-mail)

Use the ps3ita manager and re-set your cid, then try again. do you got the error code xxxx2aa2 or so? Then this should help.

first you need spoof ps3ita 4.60 and second change the debugg setting "NP"

I didn't get any error code but when you go to your network settings then internet connection test it usually has a list of items saying

- Obtain IP
- Internet Connection
-Sony Network Connection

something like that....

but mine only has the top 2 not any of the others.

My system is already spoofed to 4.60 as shown in the 'system information'. Also i'm debug settings and i turned 'NP Debug' ON. but still when i sign in i get error message saying email or password incorrect.
