Well if you are on cex probably 4.60 rogero (if there is one) and if there isn't do 4.55 spoofed to 4.60.
If you are on dex the most popular is 4.50ita spoofed to 4.60 which is what I'm on.

Can I covert to dex as I'm on 3.55 ofw? Or do I go on some other fw?

yes you can, there are plenty of tutorials to convert CEX-DEX.

this is my favorite one... once you get on rebug, there is also tutorials to get on to rebug.. it's pretty simple actually..

also I like psITA4.50 spoofed to 4.60. it's been my favorite, I like rebug 4.46 also, either one you should be happy with
