yah you can only get dlc for the game your playing for example black ops 2 within the files theres dlc and in dlc folder there is an .edat file,

and for a game download a torrent for example if you want black ops 2 search black ops 2 ( and whatever your region is like usa eur, bles, blus im assuming your bles so type black ops 2 eur or black ops 2 bles torrent download in google

I think that you didnt understand ...... i want to add that DLC or game or .... on my download list.....

I want to download that game on other original PS3

no its not possible unless u buy it through psn
